Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your professional diving needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive professional diving equipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking but may take longer for remote dive locations

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional diving equipment but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Below is our straightforward process designed for divers who need efficient solutions.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is not part of our non-returnable products (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these professional diving items cannot be returned:

  • Dry Suit Boots and Dry Suit Hoods (hygiene reasons)
  • ERDi Diver Level certification materials
  • Cutting Devices (safety regulations)
  • Any opened or used Drysuit Repair Parts

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Subject line: “RETURN REQUEST” or “EXCHANGE REQUEST”
  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Preference (refund or exchange)

Professional Divers Note: For urgent matters regarding dive rescue gear or mission-critical equipment, include “URGENT – PROFESSIONAL USE” in your subject line for expedited processing.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will:

  • Verify your request’s eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send detailed return shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible
  • A copy of your original invoice

Step 4: Processing

Our quality team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification about your return/exchange status.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection:

  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

  • Equal value exchanges: Shipped once return is approved
  • Higher value exchanges: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Lower value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item arrived defective/damaged

For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
