All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. Technical specifications prevail over images.

Our equipment is designed for certified divers. Purchasers are responsible for:

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive:

• Shipping notification with tracking

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days

Note: We cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote regions.

4.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you. Signature may be required for delivery. Report damaged packages immediately.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt if:

• Item is unused with original packaging/tags
• Proof of purchase provided
• Not a non-returnable item (see below)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned:

• Dry Suit Boots/Hoods
• ERDi certification materials
• Cutting Devices
• Opened Drysuit Repair Parts

5.3 Return Process

2. Include order number and reason
3. Await RMA number and instructions

5.4 Refund Processing

Refunds issued within 3-5 business days after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless our error.

• Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
